We cook every Monday between 10am- 12 noon in the

Limanaki professional kitchen using the exact same standard

of ingredients as served in the restaurant.

I limit the number of students for each session to a maximum of  six so if you and five other friends are keen to’ up’ your culinary skills then please book your place for the next session.

When I describe my cookery school with the prefix ‘charity’ it really means two things –first its aimed at enthusiastic amateur cooks who are keen to learn more about professional kitchen skills, secondly they in turn help support the charity of their choice by making a donation instead of paying for the class.


I offer my services and, in return students enjoy the pleasure offered by creating dishes many would have initially been nervous about tackling. It’s a fun, friendly environment where men and women can extend their culinary skills from superb starters, mouth watering main dishes, and lip smacking desserts.
